  • For Thailand: expect 1–3 business days for delivery.

  • For international orders: delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with tracking details when available.

🏨 Hotel Delivery (Thailand only)

  • Yes! We deliver to hotels across Thailand. Please include hotel name, room number, and check-out date when placing your order.

💸 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Free local shipping on all orders within Thailand.

  • International shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is processed.

🛃 Customs & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or additional charges imposed by their country.

  • Oh La La! is not liable for delays due to customs or local postal services.
